Steelport was founded by blue collar industrialists and was named after Joe Steel. This city is now poorly financed due to economic failure; the city itself has slums and beggars.
It is heavily industrialized and has slowly fallen into the hands of the criminal organization. There are many skyscrapers throughout Steelport decorated with old Nordic designs.
